05 AI Tools and Data Processing
CMOB uses artificial intelligence tools and platforms as part of our service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, Claude by Anthropic and other AI-powered tools for analysis, content generation, workflow automation, and consulting outputs.
You should be aware of the following:
- Client data may be processed through AI tools in the course of delivering our services. This processing is performed to fulfil our engagement with you and is subject to the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.
- CMOB does not use client data to train AI models. We do not contribute your personal or business information to any model training datasets.
- Third-party AI providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We encourage you to review these policies. For Anthropic (Claude), you can review their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
- CMOB takes reasonable steps to select AI tools from reputable providers and to configure them in line with best practices for data security and privacy.
- Where possible, we anonymise or de-identify client data before processing it through AI tools. However, some service delivery requires the use of identifiable information.

06 Disclosure of Information
