What's the difference between the Audit and the AI Advantage?

The AI Readiness Audit is a deep assessment of your entire business. It maps where AI fits across five pillars and gives you a scored dashboard with a prioritised action plan. The AI Advantage Setup is more focused: we build a working Claude AI workspace tailored to your business. Think of the Audit as the strategy, and the AI Advantage as the tool. Many clients do both — the Audit is included when you take the full engagement.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Everything we deliver is built for business owners, not developers. The AI Advantage workspace comes with cheat sheets, a quick-start guide, and a live training session. If you can type, you can use it.

How long does each option take?

The AI Readiness Audit runs over 3 weeks with three working sessions. The AI Advantage Done for You is delivered in 5 business days. The Done with You version takes a little longer because we schedule live build sessions around your availability. Tommy will confirm timelines when you connect.
