Video editing turn around time depends on complexity of the request/s. Average video editing tasks have a 1 to 3 business days turnaround time.

Plan your video projects for the month to get the most our of our service. A good goal is 4-8 video tasks per month (depending on the complexity of your tasks).

On your welcome email, you’ll get a link to brief in your projects. Get started straight away with your first tasks request and then log as many tasks as you like and we’ll start smashing them out for you.

HOT TIPS FOR NEWBIES

Do some research. Find videos that you would like to make. Look at competitors, content creators, trending reels with lots of engagement. Save the videos. Saving links is a great way to show us what you want us to create for you.

• Take photos and videos in a similar style to your reference video.
• Collect your best images and short clips of videos that we can use.
• Remember to trim any long videos into short clips that we can use easily.
• 8-12 photos or videos clips is a great start for most reels as an example.
• Most trending reels are 7 seconds to 15 seconds.

Best practice guide for socials:
• 7-15 seconds for stories/reels/ads – grab attention, trending + more engagement.
• 15-30 seconds for value add/information based videos.
• 15 seconds to 1 minute for long form story telling on socials.

Best practise for ads:
• Under 30 seconds
• First 3-7 seconds is the most important
