Common Questions
How do you know what content to create for my client?
We research what is trending in their specific niche on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. We look at what is getting high engagement, which sounds and formats are working, and which editing styles perform best. Then we adapt those proven formats with your client’s brand and messaging. It is data-informed, not guesswork.
What if my client does not have raw footage?
No problem. We can advise on what works best for their business (e.g., using their existing website footage, product shots, or simple talking-head content). We guide them through the brief.
How long does it take to get videos back?
5 business days for standard turnaround. Priority turnaround available with Scale package.
What if my client does not like the videos?
Every package includes 2-3 rounds of revisions. We work until they are happy. If there is a fundamental issue, we will restart at no extra cost.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, but it is simple and straightforward. We will send a short Referral Partner Agreement that covers commission, term, and mutual expectations. Takes 10 minutes to review.
When do I get paid?
Commission is paid monthly in arrears, within 14 days of us receiving payment from your client. You can see all active referrals and pending commissions in your partner portal.
Can I resell these packages under my own brand?
Not under this referral program. But if you want to explore white-label options, let us know on your application and we can discuss custom pricing.
What if a client wants to cancel?
Your commission continues for the full 12-month period, as long as the client was referred by you and the original agreement is in place. If they cancel early, you still keep commissions already earned.
